Buying pixels in BA is very easy, just pick out the banners you like, pay on-line, send us the information of your banner and within 24/48 [1 or 2 working days], your banner will be part of a masterpiece.

  
  Step 1    
Picking out your banner

Carefully read the Terms and Conditions so you will learn how this website works. Then, choose the masterpiece you want your banner to be part of (at the moment, only the Mona Lisa is finished). Finally, choose which banners you want in that paining using the code numbers (each banner available has a code number), send us those numbers, or you may wish us to place your banner in the most suitable position.

About the paintings in BA

BS has 4 paintings in the principal gallery and only the Mona Lisa is already finished. Once the 4 masterpieces are finished, they will appear on the homepage at random, one at a time.
Later on, there will be another gallery, which will not appear on the homepage but may only be visited clicking on "Gallery".

Special Offer!

The first 100 clients to buy their banners in BA, will have them pinned up in the 4 masterpieces (they may choose position in only one of the masterpieces, we will choose the best position in the others).

Way of payment

The minimum purchase is for a 10 X 10-pixel banner, which costs U$D 10 (0,1 dollar per pixel).

About the banner design
You may have the following options:
  1. You may use one of the banners available in the masterpiece. Some of the banners in the masterpieces are available and they may be used for your link if you wish to.
  2. You may also send us your own fully completed banner. In such a case, we may need to alter the color of the background and/or a small detail so that the banner will fit perfectly in the rest of the masterpiece. We will make the least possible changes in the banner so as to keep it still visible.
  3. Finally, you may wish us to design your banner with material e-mailed by you or taken from your website. The background will need to be of a specific color, depending on the position within the painting.
All the material related to the banners will have to be sent to banners@bannersart.com, with the banner link as the subject of the e-mail.
Once these three steps are completed, your banner will be part of one of the masterpieces on BA in about 24/48 hours [one or two working days].

  
     
Terms and Conditions
  1. The minimum purchase is 10 x 10 pixels (U$D 100), and the maximum purchase is whatever is left.
  2. When you 'buy' my pixels you will not'own' any part of the homepage or this site, but rather you are granted the right to submit an image and link which will then be published on the homepage in the respective space you have paid for.
  3. You cannot change the image or link once they are published. In the case we design your banner (or make changes), you may make only two further changes within the following seven days. You can be sure we will always try to make your banner as attractive as possible and place it in the most suitable position within the image.
  4. If your banner is accepted and published on the homepage, you cannot get a refund.
  5. The site and homepage will be online for at least 5 years, starting from the day it is launched (that is, until February 1, 2010, but possibly even longer (that's the aim) >
  6. No obscene/offensive/adult images/links will be accepted, and I decide what is appropriate for my site. If you submit an image or link that is rejected, you will have the opportunity to provide an alternative, otherwise your money will be refunded and you will lose your pixels.
  7. If your link is accepted and you later change the content of the linked site to show offensive/obscene/adult material then your link will be removed until you provide a new one, and you will not get a refund of any kind for the link downtime.
  8. If for whatever reason in the future you want your image and link removed from the homepage, you can do that, but you will not get a refund and the space will become publically available again .
  9. Images must NOT be animated since the homepage would look messy. If you choose to send material for us to design the banner, we will not be liable for any copyright violation.
  10. Links must be to web pages only and begin with http://
  11. You must have the authority to provide the image and link for the website you submit.
  12. There might be occasional downtime for site maintenance but I'll try and keep these to a minimum.
  13. Once your payment becomes effective, your banner will be in the site within 24/48 hours [one or two working days]
  14. Images must be the exact size you have paid for (eg. 100 pixels = 10x10 pixels).
  15. Images must be in GIF or JPEG format, and a reasonable file size.
  16. The launching special etrictly refers to the first 100 clients, not to the first 100 banners. Those clients will haver their banners published in the 4 masterpieces in BA.
  17. Funds must be fully received and cleared before your pixels go live on the homepage.
  18. The 4 masterpieces in BA will appear at random, one at a time. You may also visit them through the link ‘Gallery'.
  19. In the future, we plan to make another set of galleries of masterpieces, which may only be visited by linking on ‘Gallery' (they will not appear on the homepage). BA has the right to sell the pixel for such masterpieces at a lower price than those of the 4 principal ones.
  20. The 4 principal masterpieces are: The Mona Lisa (by Leonardo Da Vinci), Self Portrait (by Van Gogh), The Sunflowers (by Van Gogh), and Woman Holding a Fruit (by Paul Gauguin).
  21. BA has the right to use any of the 4 principal masterpieces for promotion purposes.
